Troops - Feature

Role | Product Designer

Context

TROOPS makes it possible to simplify the life of temporary agencies in multiple ways such as electronic signatures, generating contracts on the fly and linking them to workers through their app. Unfortunately, the platform does not allow agencies to send third-party documents to their temporary workers.

Need

Agencies need the possibility to send or link documents to temporary workers. These documents can go anywhere from contract not created through TROOPS to information leaflets. Some of these documents require a signature.

Results

  • document library assembling all documents an agency wishes to link to a worker.
  • The possibility for an agency to remind a worker to sign his/her document
  • The choice to share or keep the document private
  • New document component
  • A dedicated document library in the worker’s app

Document library - Agency platform

The document library allows agencies to store or share documents with temporary workers. They can import a document and remind a worker to sign their document if the due date is coming up shortly.

Signing a document - Temporary worker

Inside the app, temporary workers can find all their documents safely stored in the document library. If a contract or other file needs to be signed they can simply sign it straight from there.
